Pop’s recipe for great Yorkshires – really puffy! Best eaten with roast and gravy or golden syrup!
Method
Heat oven to 200 degrees.
Mix flour and eggs n bowl til smooth.
Gradually stir in the milk.
If time, leave batter to rest. (This is not essential).
Put fat in bottom of pan / patty tin.
Heat til bubbly. Really hot.
Swiftly add mixture to pan / patty tin.
Carefully put in oven for 20 mins. Do not open oven door too early or they will sink.
