A home for our family history

What’s going on? The aim of these web pages is to make an online home for some of our ancestor and family photos, stories, memories, recipes etc. A kind of digital equivalent of a bunch of dusty boxes in the attic. But instead you can rummage online, whenever you like.

Would you like to share and add to it? These are just some of the stories and pictures I’ve added so far – and I know you have more! I’d love to hear them and if you’d like them including on the web pages, that would be even better. To share stories, write stories yourself, get further photos etc about our family included on the web pages, just email (Hedtovey@aol.com) or message me.

PS There’s also textile history material too. Within these pages will also be things related to textile history – you can find those largely in the blog. So if you’re family or a fellow textile history fan, welcome. I hope you enjoy exploring.
